refwerwgfgfwer Question Intrusion 03: Is there another way to look at this situation? How would someone else see me? There is another way to look at this situation, the only way to fight them off is to write them down, try not to feel embarrassed/guilty, because you shall know what? thoughts are just fake imageries that are made by your mind! and the only way to erase them is to talk to a doctor and your helper or write them in a journal or in a note, or other. someone else may see it as appalling and disgusting and horrifying, but I am worried that they will blame me for my thoughts, or something the case can be that I will get blamed for thoughts like this people ask, why would you think of these. I wasn't willing to think all these crap, but my brain forces to do so. this is why I felt like writing all these down. 04: This doesn't matter in 5 years because in 5 years, those thoughts are to be lost and gone forever, it is auld lang syne, so you don't need to worry those crap any more!

Have Some Raw Milk By Hank Campbell | February 18th 2015 01:22 PM | Print | E-mail User pic. Hank Campbell Would you like some Campylobacter or E. Coli today? Raw milk in 26 U.S. states is now the best place to get it, since most readers of Science 2.0 are not going to have the opportunity to buy chicken from a street vendor in China. That raw milk is risky and has no benefit is not news. In 2012 the CDC showed it again but clamoring for raw milk got even louder. It is in the news again, as part of the naturalistic fallacy that infects mostly the anti-science hippie left and a minority of people on the libertarian 'government can't regulate what diseases I should give my children' right. Like with vaccines and polio, or riding a bicycle on the freeway, just because you might have the right to do something stupid does not mean you should, and raw milk isn't better for you, it is worse. It is that simple. But it is getting more popular. So it is not so much the 979 illnesses (that we know about) that concerns me, it is that the trend is going up rather than down. The fact is that if you drink raw milk your risk of getting sick is 150X pasteurized milk and there is zero nutritional benefit to it - it is just simply getting more popular because of diet fads linked to more 'natural' ways of living, and that is why the raw milk outbreaks were 4X higher since 2007 than they were 20 years ago. And look at the ages impacted most: Percentage of patients affected by outbreaks associated with nonpasteurized milk, by age and etiologic agent, United States, 2007–2012. Small kids and people ages 20-49? What is going on there? In kids it makes sense, they have dumb parents, but among older people it is another flavor of the Hipster Doofus demographic, the sub-literates who quote Proust and their reasons for vaccine denial whenever the opportunity presents itself: Link Except raw milk proponents are not just in San Francisco or Portland. That 81 percent of outbreaks happened in states where raw milk is legal makes sense. What makes no sense is the response of raw milk believers to the latest foodborne disease warning - sell more of it and make it legal in more places. Obviously that makes sense to people selling 18th century food myths, and that same logic is why we should have sold more DDT in the 1970s, more ozone-killing CFCs in the 1980s and why everyone agreed that producing more CO2 emissions in the 1990s would be the best way to prevent global warming. And you should always eat raw chicken, since processing food is bad. Except it isn't bad, anyone who has milked a cow (where it becomes really obvious) or seen a commercial dairy operation knows exactly how raw milk spreads disease: Cows do not care what else they are doing while they are being milked, they don't take potty breaks. And cows get diseases, just like people do. The cow could have bovine tuberculosis or mastitis. I can't imagine why raw milk is all over my news feeds again this week but American Council on Science and Health takes the prize for most across-the-board awareness today, taking down raw milk, homeopaths, anti-vaccine beliefs, anti-GMO hysteria and Fox News in only 3 blurbs: The takeaway: Homeopathic vaccines won't prevent Campylobacter bacteria so it is better to side with science. If you’re really looking forward to something that is all you want to think about. But if all you do is think about it you get bored. You have to train yourself to think about other things while you wait. You might say, “Heck no! I’m excited about this. Heck with other stuff.” What if you’re waiting days or weeks or even longer? You’re going to get bored to the point that you get frustrated and that can diminish your enjoyment of the thing you’re anticipating. I'm bored of everything and nothing I used to love excites me anymore. Why is this? In my lingo, I call this a “dry” period. I’ve experienced this in Spirituality, writing music, career, etc. There’s really not a single answer, but I’ll share two big ones from my own experience. One could be that you’ve over-worked the area of interest, making it more of a mechanical routine than an expression of joy. Take meditation for example. After initially reaching fantastic “highs” through daily meditation, it eventually ran dry. It became a mechanical routine, but Spirit had moved into another expression. So I kept plodding along by routine, versus sensing the “pull away” to try new w Related Answer Profile photo for Ciaran Mahood Ciaran Mahood , Project Director Answered 1 year ago · Author has 356 answers and 1.1M answer views Life is boring. There's nothing to do on this earth. Should I die? Life is boring. That is a fact. I find it mostly incredibly boring despite all of the beauty in it and the amazing views available and my beautiful daughters etc . Cutting the grass is dull. Washing the car is dull. Remembering what fecking bins have to go out each weekend is as dull paint drying. Recycling is dull. I’m getting bored of everything, music that I really love, movies and series, food, and a lot of other things. Is there any way to stop this feeling? We as humans are programmed to seek pleasure and avoid pain. Obviously, this experience has been painful for you - hence you want to find a way to stop it. That is only natural, like pulling your hand away when you burn it on something. Sometimes though, these feelings are actually opportunities for us to learn about ourselves - but they require us to sit in them rather than run from them. I've been through similar times, they seem for me to come and go. When everything I enjoy loses meaning, in the past I've thought “oh great, here I go with another depression”. Answered 3 years ago · Author has 72 answers and 95.7K answer views How do I fix my life? I am 17, and I feel so unmotivated/bored/empty even though I have a lot of stuff I want to do/learn. I know this might be usual for someone my age, but it is destroying my life. I know telling you it’s normal probably doesn’t help, but it is true there’s a season for everything. When you’re about to transition to a new phase of life, in your case, adulthood and probably further education, work, new friends, you are very likely to be unhappy in your current situation. As soon as I read the question, I wondered how much time you’re spending in front of a screen. You maybe think about life as external: You think that you are happy if happy things happen to you and sad if bad things do. The same for opportunities. You may think you are expecting a break and until it comes, there's nothing you can do about it. These are all falacies. Your life control is really internal: If you get a positive atitude, positive things start happening. What should I do to bring back the interest and be more lively? I sometimes feel very irritated and feel like I am running away from everything. Does this have something to do with my mental health? If yes, what should I do to improve on it? Your problem is very simple, actually. You lack compelling, inspiring and overarching long-range goals and objectives, broken down into short-term, medium-term, and long-term perspectives, and followed by a systematic game plan, in your life. GOALS set your directions and direct your focus on the things that matter to you.
