It's called self defense. Yes. In the US a woman will slap or kick a pervert anywhere if she feels unsafe or he crosses a line. Face or down there. Perverts are disgusting and not always distinguishable from a rapist. This should also apply to women who touch a man inappropriately. He should absolutely hit her if he feels threatened or overpowered. If you want to be touching women inappropriately, then you should then be ok with a man manhandling you as a man that way too. No matter who does it, it's wrong. Are you ok with a man touching your parts? This question seems to always get asked about India. What is with some of the men there??
