They’re ripped from YouTube, most of the time no credit is given to the original uploaded either. Before Facebook rolls out monetization, they need to make a copyright system for videos that protect against people making money off of reuploading videos that aren't theirs. I'm telling you right now, if I had some of my videos ripped, uploaded to Facebook, and monetized without my consent, I'm coming after both the person and Facebook for violation of copyright law. So there's my answer, many will use Facebook as a factor to kill YouTube but it won't happen. YouTube will die once competition on its level arises.
