fwefew My thoughts, are just there, the are the appearance of the evil, unwanted, impure souls, one we need is to destroy those thoughts using our power. What power? pray to god power. from tomorrow! Second is that I need to talk to my doctor about my thoughts, my thoughts that I am having vile ugly ghostly scary dirty ones, are just haunting and gripping it and being it as my default inner sticker. I need to remove that sticker. Third is that thoughts are on their own, doesn't mean that we need them. one way we need them to removed is to perform new routines daily and everyday, do exercise and focus on new things and more stuff productive and active. don't just sit there lazy. Fourth is we need fresh oxygen, relaxation, refreshment, and good times. we need to enjoy the exterior too because that too will make you liable to relaxation and refreshment. We just don't need to think about that, because it is not that relevant, but put that thought into another group. but no need to worry. Fifth is we need distraction, we need to have more fun, engaging and enjoying our time, passing it away to be fun, but make it more useful.
